Executive Committee
In October 2011, Philippe Maillard was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Lyonnaise des Eaux and became a member of the Executive Committee of Suez Environnement.
In 2016, Philippe Maillard became Chief Executive Officer of the Group's largest entity, Recyclage & Valorisation France, which is worth €3 billion and has 18,000 employees.
In March 2019, he was appointed Deputy Director France, following the merger of the Water and Waste activities.
Over the years, Philippe Maillard has served successively as Chairman of the Fédération Professionnelle des Entreprises de l'Eau (FP2E) and Chairman of the Fédération Nationale des Activités de la Dépollution et de l'Environnement (FNADE).
In January 2020, Philippe Maillard was appointed Chief Executive Officer of the Apave Group.
He is also Vice-Chairman of Filiance, the sector's trade federation.
He began his career designing and producing sports products for Decathlon. In 1998, he created and assumed the management of Decathlon's Mexican subsidiary.
In 2001, he took part in the creation of an IT start-up, B-Process, as Sales and Marketing Director.
In 2005, he joined the United Technologies group (brands: Otis, Carrier, Chubb-Sicli), a specialist in services and equipment for the construction industry, holding various positions in Operations Management over the course of 12 years. In 2017, he became CEO of the ATALIAN group's multi-technical maintenance and works division.
Bruno joined the Apave Group in December 2020 as Managing Director of Apave Parisienne and Apave Alsacienne. In June 2021, the Group also entrusted him with the general management of Apave Développement, bringing together the Group's specialist entities.
Since 1 January 2023, Bruno has been Managing Director of Apave Infrastructures et Construction and Apave Développement.
She went on to become Administrative and Financial Director of Laboratoire Marcel Mérieux, supporting its rapid development through external growth (acquisition of laboratories throughout France (now Biomnis) and a group of clinics in Lyon).
In 2005, she was appointed to Nexity (Property Management) as Regional Director and then Deputy Managing Director. It was here that she developed her taste for organisation and management, her trademark.
In 2012, Catherine moved on to the world of insurance brokerage, at Gras Savoye, as Managing Director of the Rhône-Alpes-Auvergne subsidiary.
In 2015, she joined Apave as Director of Operations. Three years later, she was appointed Managing Director of the Apave SudEurope subsidiary, followed by Apave Nord-Ouest in 2022.
Since 1 January 2023, she has been Managing Director of Apave Exploitation France.
In 1994, he joined the Bosch group (Strasbourg / Düsseldorf), in charge of special machinery projects within the Food Division.
In 1998, he joined VINCI Energies, where he held various positions, including Branch Manager (Cherbourg / Rennes), Director of Industrial and Tertiary Activities for the Centre-Loire region of France and then Managing Director of Vinci Energies in Romania and Brazil.
He joined the Apave Group in 2016 as Managing Director of Apave Nord-Ouest.
Since June 2020, Eric Simon has been Managing Director of Apave International.
She then moved to the private sector, joining Lyonnaise des Eaux, where she held various operational and functional positions in France, as well as Policy Officer to the CEO. In 2013, she became Chief of Staff to the CEO of Suez Eau France, then in 2016 to the CEO of Suez Recyclage et Valorisation France, as well as Director of Communications and Sustainable Development for the subsidiary.
In 2018, she was appointed Director of Transformation for Suez France.
At the beginning of 2020, she joined the Apave Group as Director of Strategy and Communications, a position she has held since.
In 2009, she joined PwC France as head of social affairs, before being appointed HR Director for the audit business in 2011. She was involved in attracting, retaining and developing talent.
In 2017, she became HR Director of the iQera Group and a member of the Executive Committee, where she was involved in the merger of the MCS and DSO groups and the development of activities in Italy. In 2020, she became the Group's Director of Human Resources and Communications. She plays a leading role in the development of the Group's culture, CSR strategy and talent development.
She joined the Apave Group as HR Director at the beginning of 2024. She will support the Group in its development and transformation by being responsible for the strategy on HR and talent development within he Group both in France and internationally.
In 2016 he was appointed Industrial Commercial Director of the ENDEL Group, in charge of development, sales promotion, management of key customer accounts, and the assembly and sale of major offers.
He joined the Apave Group in 2020 as Group Commercial and Marketing Director.
He began his career in industry, working for the Valéo group, a leading automotive equipment supplier. He then worked for Primagaz and Rexel, before joining Global Closure Systems, a player in the plastics industry. Within these various groups, Paul held positions as Financial Controller and Chief Financial Officer.
Paul NEEL joined Apave in November 2016 as Group Chief Financial Officer.
As such, he has been involved in the roll-out of the strategic plan since its launch in early 2021, particularly in terms of external growth.
After a position as Product Manager at Bureau Veritas, he joined the Apave Group in 1999, where he successively held the positions of Unit Manager for the Export key accounts branch, Head of the Mechanical Equipment Department, Head of the Saint-Denis branch and Regional Director for the Ile de France region. In 2011, he was appointed Managing Director of Apave Parisienne, at which point he completed a degree in management and finance at ESSEC.
Since 2019, Fabrice has held the position of General Secretary of the Apave Group, responsible for Internal Control & Audits, Purchasing, Real Estate, Legal & Insurance, Compliance & GDPR and Security.
